[TSVN] Overlay icons updating very slow since version 1.2.2, Build 4295

Hi,

Ever since I updated my TortoiseSVN installation to version 1.2.2 (Build
4295) the updating of the overlay icons goes very slow. In the previous
versions if I'd change a file the file's parent directory's overlay icon
would change almost immediately. But now often it doesn't even update
after waiting several minutes and pressing F5. I'm talking about the
right explorer window here, not the left one, because I know that left
window will always be problematic (until Microsoft fixes it).

Have there been some changes to this overlay code when going to version
1.2.2? I did search this mailing lists archive about this issue, but
wasn't able to find anything (although there is a lot about overlay
trouble in the archive).
