This part I don't get. If I'm a web site dev and have done changes, why
wouldn't I want the latest
before I commit? Checking out only specific revisions of specific files
would make the WC inconsistent.
It reaminds me of the way CVS works where each file has it's own
version. I would not like to work
like that again. Maybe I'm missing something here?
