I haven't witnessed it personally, but someone I just
setup yesterday couldn't connect through svn+ssh, no
matter what we tried. I just installed 1.2.4, and lost
my shell extensions (see my other email). So I've
uninstalled it altogether and installed a previous
version, which we'll be sticking with until all this
stuff is stable...
