[TSVN] Context menu (almost) empty

I just installed 1.2.3 and now my context menu has only "SVN Checkout..." in it.
If I point to checked out code then I get the "Commit" context menu item too,
but that's it. I can't get to TSVN to check or change any settings that might be
causing this.

1.2.2 was fine. Can I downgrade back to that just by running the installer?

System is Windows XP Pro with SP2 and some of the more critical fixes since.
