[TSVN] After reinstalling W2K, my Working Copy is not recognized as a SVN Checkedout

I had to reinstall my W2K on the “C” drive. Luckily, my Working Copy is on
the “D” drive. After reinstalling the W2K, my Working Copy is no longer
recognizing as a SVN Checked Out directory. I still have changes I made in
my Working Copy that I have to commit to the Repository. How can I set my
Working Copy to be recognized as a Checked Out directory? Appreciate your
help.
