Simon,

Thanks for the suggestion, but refreshing the window (I only use the
right pane) doesn't help. Nor does killing the window and calling a new
one for that matter.

I quickly browsed through the archives and found at least one person
talking about the same issue but I couldn't track any follow ups after
the issue had been sorted (has it?).
