[TSVN] Switching Multiple Files

The Tortoisesvn interface allows me to switch a file to another Branch
or Tag.
I would like to switch multiple files but if I select more than one
file, the option
To switch does not display. Is there a way to do this?

I am also trying to perform this same file switch using the SubVersion
command line
But cannot get it to work. I keep getting the error message "svn:
Cannot replace a directory from within"

Any suggestions on what I am doing wrong?
