[TSVN] Right-drag in repo browser and scrolling

When right dragging a directory in the repo-browser in order to move it
to another location, the location to which I wanted to move that
directory was outside the bounds of the current repo browser window. Is
there a way to make the browser window scroll while dragging? I
couldn't find any references in the manual, nor did positioning the
cursor at the bottom of the window, or on the scroll arrow have any
apparent effect.

I did *not* try opening two repo browser windows to move between them
(did it with the CLI); would that have worked?
