[TSVN] TSVNCache.exe stuck using 18-20% CPU

When I got in this morning I noticed that my CPU usage was high for
some reason. I wasn't aware of any process that was actually doing
any work.

It turns out that TSVNCache.exe was stuck using around 19% of the CPU
(on a dual 2.4GHz system running Win XP)

A reboot fixed the issue, but it was clear before that, that
TSVNCache had lost it's mind... it had used about 25 hours of CPU
from Friday to Monday and there was nothing happening all weekend to
explain it. I wasn't in the office, the machine was sitting "idle".

Is there a known issue that would account for this? If not, is there
anything special I should do if I notice it again?

Please CC me if appropriate, as I'm not subscribed to the list.
