hello everyone,

first post here - just wanted to send a note about a strange issue that
we are having on a few machines in house.

i was setting up a few new developer machines this weekend and updating
the existing ones we have already and came across a strange issue with
trying to download the tortoise client.

i think this is probably a sourceforge issue - but when we try to go to
the sourceforge download page from the tortoisesvn.tigris.org site, all
that returns from sourceforge is a blank html page - no content.

this happens on like 5 of our internal machines, but one or two work -
and they are all pointing to the same dns servers - not sure what is up
with that.

we managed to get the svn client downloaded from one machine and
installed, but just thought i'd send it over in case it's something that
other people are running into.
