[TSVN] Download link for Tortoise 1.2.2.4295 not working?

I'm trying to download the latest version of Tortoise.
 
The following link for the latest Tortoise package (Official version for
Win2k/XP):

151948
 
followed from:
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/download.html
 
doesn't seem to work for me.
 
Is that link not working or is my corporate firewall possibly blocking
it for me?
