[TSVN] Bug: Comparing two revisions of a file with one being from before-lock-times leads to an error message "Failed to fetch lock information"

Hi,

the following bug occurs always when I do the following:

- Open the log dialogue for a file that is in the repos since
before-lock-times (I think before SVN Version 1.2)
- Compare a current version with an old version where locks didn't exist.
- A error message pops up: "Failed to fetch lock information: 404 Not
Found (http://...).

Comparing this file with a version that was committed after 1.2 was
installed works fine.

Our installation: SVN 1.2.1 on Suse 9.1, Access only via Apache http with
basic auth, all (~20) clients use Tortoise. Working without any problem
since 9 months :)

I hope this info is enough.

Jochen
