[TSVN] RFE: Lock_and_open as a single command

Hi again.

Today I just found out myself working with a lot of Word files set
with svn:needs-lock...
The algorithm is:
right-click, get lock, don't write MSG, press OK, wait, press OK,
double-click

It is really PITA when you have to do it a few tens of times in a row.
So I was thinking it might be a good idea to have that all in a
single command that fails if it cannot get a lock (say with a
dialog), or otherwise opens the file after obtaining the lock (and
not writing a MSG for the lock).

Anybody working with a lot of svn:needs-lock files here?

Kalin.
