[TSVN] Very annoying dialog box that interrupts my work

Hey guys

In my WC, there are always externals folders with changed files in them,
changes I seldom need to commit. Whenever I commit my WC, the commit
dialog opens, and I start typing my log message. After a 5-10 seconds,
the dialog is filled with changed file details and a dialog pop ups with
the following message:

"There are changes inside one or more directories which yhou have
included with svn:externals.
Those files are *not* listed for commit. You need to commit those files
separately."

First of all, I'm interrupted in writing the log message since I have to
press the OK button (or the space key which will be typed eventually as
I'm typing the log messages -- sometimes my eyes are not on the screen)
to get rid of the dialog. This is very annoying, so my suggestion is a
way to get rid of this message, or at least the popup dialog. Yes, I'm
aware of the fact that I need to commit the files separately, but I
don't need to be reminded of it *every* time I commit which is many
times each day. So I suggest one or more of the following:

1) Don't use a popup, write it somewhere in the dialog.
2) An option to disable the warning in the settings.
3) "Never show this dialog again" checkbox in the dialog.

Best wishes,
Jan Nielsen
