TortoiseSVN is not an Eclipse plugin. It seems more likely that you are
using Subclipse:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/

If you are not using Subclipse, then you probably ought to be.

Anyway, when you ask the question on their users@ mailing list, be sure to
provide some actual information about the problem.
