Response to what? You haven't told us what the problem is.

What did you do?
What did you expect to happen?
What actually happened?

BTW. You will have to explain in vanilla Windows terms. I know nothing
about IBM RAD and UML modelling, and I guess that will be true of many
of the other list readers.
