In a bit of irony, the working copy that *always* exhibited the overlay
problem, even after updating to TortoiseSVN 1.2.2, Build 4295 a few days
ago is now working correctly. I didn't do anything to the working copy,
either. I sat down to play with it and see if I could figure out why
TSVN would never show me the correct status but as soon as I hit F5, it
showed the correct status after a commit. So, I'm afraid that until I
notice another working copy behaving strangely, I won't be able to
provide any assistance.

And of course, I was referring to the versions of the software used to
create the repository or working copy, I was not referring to the
revision number of the repository as having any significance at all.
