Works for me.

TestWC
   Folder
     SubFolder
       ChangeMe.txt (modified)

Viewing at any level in the WC always shows a red folder overlay, no
matter how many F5s.

On Win2K, r4254 (oops, a bit far behind). I will update tomorrow if I
get time.
