[TSVN] Behaviour in Show Log when loading more entries

Hi,

Show log from a folder, wait until first 100 are loaded, then click
'Next 100'. The first panel remains enabled, but the scrollbars are
there and if you scroll everything goes white. Also you can click on
the revisions when they are in white, and you can even right-click and
do things on them withouth knowing what exactly have you clicked on.

It's a minor issue and maybe you can just disable the whole panel as
nothing useful can be done if scrolled. Again, sorry for not reporting
before.
