It was just an idea. Software sometimes just gets better (that it already is) with strange ideas, which defines new requirements.

If you want to run the command line client, then just install it. It
won't interfere with TSVN at all. TSVN does not use the command line
client; Both TSVN and the CLI use the Subversion client libraries, but
they are separate and independent programs.
