[TSVN] Subversion launches Cygwin SSH unexpectedly

Trying to use the "Check for modifications" feature, elect to "Check Server", and a Cygwin SSH window pops up. I've not authorised that! It's not in the config file... Naturally Tortoise reports "Connection closed unexpectedly", but perhaps not so unexpected since it didn't know about the public/private key ....

Ah. The command window that opens is entitled, "C:\cygwin\bin\ssh.exe".
My Cygwin bin lives in C:\bin\cygwin\bin, and my whole system knows that, so I presume this is a bug/debug thing in the excellent Tortoise?

Anyway, thought someone might like to know....
