I wouldn't want to have this feature, although I'm German.

- Tags, trunk, branches are "standard" names. Every documentation and
book uses them.
- I even like the idea of mixing English and German in this special case
- everyone will notice that these directories are special.
- It's just a warning. Use hooks to make it save.
- It's not consistent with other clients.
- You have to configure it for every repository and/or for every
installed TortoiseSVN-Client.
- Subversion offers much freedom in directory/project/version layout.
Why bother with this tiny detail?
