Since we are only showing this message on commit it only has to exists in a WC.
There is no need for them e.g. in Repo-Browser, right? Or is this message also
shown on Copy/Move in tags?

They are copied, too. So if you set it on trunk/ it will only work with new
tags/ or branches/ which also contain that property.
