We only show a warning if a user tries to commit to an URL which
contains "/tags/". So there would only be a setting to specify the tags
directory.

But I can already see mails like "we named our tags directory in
projectA as "tags", but in projectB it's called "XXX".
So here again, it's not done by just providing a different name for the
tags directory.
