[TSVN] Explorer Tree does not update following commit

Hi,

Like your product; have noticed one non-critical but slightly annoying
problem (and it may be a Windows problem).

Following commit of one or more files, the tree view on the left hand side
of Windows Explorer does not always reflect the commit (folder icon is still
red, indicating that files are different from repository). Some times it
works correctly, sorry I haven't been able to figure out a pattern as to
when it does or does not.
