Nice and good info!
But you missed the most important part:

1) First decide if you *really*, *really* need to send a screenshot.

Because: if you just want to send the error message but are too lazy to
actually write the message down, just hit Ctrl-C! That will copy the
text of a messagebox to the clipboard. Then, in your mail client, just
paste that text in the mail (hit Ctrl-V or use the menu).

This works with *every* standard messagebox in Windows, and of course it
also works with the customized error message boxes TSVN uses.
