I don't understand your problem here. A temporary file in one IDE is
either not used in the second IDE or is temporary there too, and so can
be excluded in the second IDE as well. I've never seen filetypes which
should be ignored only in *one* IDE but not in all.
So why split those up into 'projects'? You can just add them to the
global ignore list.
