Mark,

This is the expected behaviour.

You'll have to either do it in the repo browser, or checkout a higher level
of the repository.

Thanks,

Subject: [TSVN] 'not a working copy' when deleting root working folder

Hello, all. I've got source for a simple project
imported to my repositoty. Then I do the following:

1) Create a folder "C:\source\test_working_copy"
2) Do a "SVN Checkout..." on this folder to get a
working copy.
3) Right click on this folder and do a "TortoiseSVN >
Delete"
4) I get a message "'C:\source' is not a working copy"

This is not what I expected, which was: delete the
folder. Note the folder in the error message is not
the folder I was trying to delete. I am able to
"TortoiseSVN > Delete" folders within
c:\source\test_working_copy, just not the root working
copy folder. Everything else (commit, revert, etc.)
seems to work fine.

Am I overlooking something completely obvious here, or
have some config problem?

I'm running Windows XP Pro, SP2

TortoiseSVN About info:

TortoiseSVN 1.2.1, Build 3895
Subversion 1.2.1,
apr 0.9.6
apr-iconv 0.9.5
apr-utils 0.9.6
berkeley db 4.3.27
neon 0.24.7
OpenSSL 0.9.8 05 Jul 2005
zlib 1.2.2 CAN-2005-2096 fix

BTW, really excited about using TortoiseSVN once I get
past the bumps.

(Sorry in advance if this is a boneheaded question. I
searched the list archive for this for 1/2 hour with
no success, and the quoted phrases search on
tortoisesvn.tigris.org does not seem to work correctly
so my searches return huge lists.)
