[TSVN] Manually specifying dirs/files to commit in large trees

Hi,

current when I select commit in tortoise explorer menu it goes through
all directories which can take some time.

Sometimes I exactly know which files I modified and only want to
specifiy the few to commit. Like I can add files manually to the list,
which idially also provides filename completion and then commit.

Although this sounds more like a command line client behaviour it would
be nice to have an interface like this (because of the diffing feature).
