[TSVN]An experimental 64 bit release of TSVN 1.2.3?

Hi dev,

although, from time to time, the port still shows some
odd behavior, I think it is stable enough to risk a
binary release. Mainly to get feedback from users
with a "cleaner" environment.

The installation package would come as ZIP file
including a simple install.txt and install.bat. Even
updates should be a matter of less than 5 minutes.
And it will still feature a big red warning sticker.

As far as I can say, 32 and 64 versions can be used
simultaneously. However, they will share the TSVNCache
instance: depending on what is started first, it will be
the 32 or the 64 bit cache.

Any comments? What do you think?

Stefan.
