[TSVN] Feature Request: evaluate HTTP redirect

Hello,

I followed the instructions from
http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/svn/tortoisesvn/ReadMe.html to checkout the
source from TortoiseSVN. This failed because
http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn is a HTTP redirect which is
unfortunately not evaluated.

The attached patch corrects the file ReadMe.html.

Feature Request:
TortoiseSVN should interpret a HTTP Redirect.
