The contributors list on our website is incomplete, but it is the best
list we have for now. I know of some entries which are missing anyway,
and I will update it.

I hope to be able to extract the email addresses for those from the
mailing list archive without too much trouble. Maybe some of the older
contributions could be tricky.

If we write to those people, and put out a request on the mailing list,
then wait for a period (2 weeks, 4 weeks?) I think that is the best we
can do.
