I'm not a lawyer or even very familiar with these GPL interoperability
issues... I think everyone gets the part that TSVN could use the GPL
even if it makes use of "GPL-incompatible" code; however, the reverse
certainly isn't true. If TSVN went away from a GPL license, it could
never use any code which *is* GPLed. Not sure how likely that is, but
something to consider anyway.

I do think the GPL probably "scares" some businesses, so that may keep
some of them from using or contributing to TSVN.
