Spell checker - Apache 1.1 style
PuTTY - Simple permissive license
ResizeableLib - Artistic License
ColourPicker - Simple permissive license
CrashRpt - Simple permissive license
NewMenu - Public domain
ReportCtrl - Simple permissive license
TreePropSheet - Simple permissive license

I think that is everything now, apart from all the patches sent in, and
some of the major contributions like TSVNCache.
