Like London buses, you don't see one for hours, then 2 come at once. To
be honest I have not seen this particular problem arising frequently at
all. There have been 3 requests today, but I don't remember when I last
saw it before today.

The best I can offer is to add it to the "How Do I ..." section of the
manual.
