Speaking of "nice", it would be *nice* if there was an option to allow
comment editing. Make the default no edits, but have an
administrator-accessible option to allow them.

Yes, I'm aware of the hooking concept to enable comment editing. What I'm
suggesting is a minor shift in mindset - one that let's svn/tsvn *users*
work the way they wish without becoming svn/tsvn *developers*.

In the grand scheme, this is more of an annoyance than a serious
short-coming.

"Bravo!" to the TSVN dev team!
