[TSVN] Running 64 bit prototype PATCHes and HOW-TO

Hi dev,

64 bit enthusiasts may find attached a collection of large patches
accompanied by a short HOW-TO (buidx64.txt). I don't think I created
the patches nor the description flawlessly. Please, EXPECT PROBLEMS.
