I forgot one thing that isn't serious but might be annoying - because
the nightlies don't uninstall previous nightlies, the release will. I
remember testing this back when I was doing this commercially, and it
would take ages (albeit on a rather crappy laptop) to uninstall even two
previous side-by-side versions before I figured out why MajorUpgrades
weren't working.

So the nightly testers, when it comes to a release build, will have
their install times bumped up by however many nightlies they'd installed
multiplied by however long an average time-to-uninstall-one-version is.
