If you've updated your working copy and you still get that error, I
suspect there's something wrong with your repository. Since you've
converted the repository from CVS (I guess with cvs2svn) this can
happen. That script sometimes creates corrupted repositories. You should
ask on their mailing list for help (but first try the commit with the CL
client - otherwise they just send you back here).
