[TSVN] two minor usability feature requests

Hi,

Here are two things I find my self attempting to do almost every day with
TortoiseSVN:

* In a "SVN Update - Finished!" dialog, I think the context menu for each
file should have a command to open the containg folder.
* in the log dialog, while the focus is on the revision list, I would like
to have typeahead for revisions - e.g. if I press rapidly the keys 3, 4, 2,
5, it should take me to revision 3425. (I do a lot of source code reviewing
and use this window a lot.)
