[TSVN] Error 2803 when installing tonight's nightly

Hi Folks,

Subject says it all. Installing Build 4184 on my dsktop PC. Win XP, SP2,
latest patches, upgrading from TSVN 1.2.1-3895. The error is shown during
the "Validating install" phase. Afte confirmin gehe error, the installation
finished and it looks like nothing went wrong.

Upgrading my laptop from yesterdays nightly worked like a charm.

Any theories?
