[TSVN] can't set svn:externals property to reference a directory with a space

Obviously, the problem is that the directory which I added to my
repository and that I'm trying to reference
via svn:externals contains a space. When I renamed my directory in the
repository to change the space
into an underscore (and then made the corresponding change to the value
of the svn:externals property),
everything worked fine.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature request; but, it would be
nice if this could work.
Perhaps the simple solution is to change the repository browser to
change the displayed URL
to use the URL encoding for spaces.

Thanks,
Chuck
