Hi,

I had the same error when upgrading this afternoon (I couldn't remember the
rev number)
I had to update the tools folder (from tools.zip) and Wix.

It produces a new error on candle execution.
Something like "The start tag Dialog on line XXX doesn't match the end tag
Control ..."
The error comes from the button "cancel" on progress dialog (UIFragment).
I remove this button, and it work.

It seems to be linked with the bug 1260939 of WIX.
