[TSVN] Installer defaults to "program files"

Hi,

Tested the latest installer package. I noticed that the default
installation path is "program files". That's not so good for
non-english OS.
The installer should default to the localized 'program files' folder
instead. Otherwise people not noticing this will end up with a
'program files' folder and only TSVN installed there, all 'normal'
programs installed to the correct folder (e.g. "Programme" on german
OS).
