Welcome to the wild world of 64 bits.

Since TSVN is a 32-bit shell extension it won't load
into 64 bit explorer.

You have two choices:

1. Run Internet Explorer (32-bit). TSVN will work
there. (I have 32 bit explorer configured to use
View / Explorer Bar / Folders to make life easier...
and a short-cut in my quick launch )

2. Send Stefan a 64 bit machine and a small bribe. If you are
rich, this is definitely my preferred solution :-)

Stefan promised that if someone sent him such a machine he
would make it work for us :-) (Okay, I don't think he actually
promised, but he said he wouldn't do it until he had such
    a machine... and reasonable so.)

Thanks,

Joseph

found your answer in the archives.
