[TSVN] Delete / Refresh

Hi,

I just downloaded and installed (upgrading previous version) TortoiseSVN
1.2.1, Build 3895.

It seems that when I delete a file from the project using the context menu,
it now does not
delete the file from the project and the file system window (Latest XP Pro)
does not refresh.
Another developer I work with reported the same thing to me.

I don't know what version of Subversion we are using. I wish the version
would show up in the
browser interface of Subversion.
