[TSVN] Feature Request: SubWCRev reads a config file...

... to find out user-defined tokens to find and replace.

It seems like it would make life a lot easier for people working with
build scripts if a tool like SubWCRev could be configured to look for
some user-defined tokens, and find-and-replace those with the values
configured in some config file that is read when SubWCRev is run.

I don't know precisely how SubWCRev works to find out what revision
number a WC is at, but it strikes me as likely that it has to crawl the
WC to find the highest revision number...? If it has to do that, could
it, as part of the same crawl, do the user-defined find-and-replace(s)?

Pete
