Since this is request is reasonable and brought up without offending

We already do ignore those filenames which are in the autocompletion
list (i.e. the ones listed in the commit dialog) for the spellchecker
(at least in HEAD).
I don't think it's possible to really extract filenames/paths from
normal text - how would you determine if a word is a filename/path?
