[TSVN] Fw: major bug in TSVN shell extension

It's me again - no answer to Fw msg.
Question in thread: why the default CacheTimeout value is too big (about ine month) ?

Show overlay status icons recursively = 1.
One file is modified by external editor.
Pressing F5 didn't change anything.
But when I go to the "picker" subfolder by explorer and then back to one level up - the overlay changes to red mark.
Where is my problem?

PS:
I have no time to learn shell extension code - so no patch supplied.
