Substitute TortoisePlink with plink (the *exact* same params of
course) when you try to connect with TSVN. Plink will pop up a DOS box
where the error message is shown.
TortoisePlink avoids the DOS box, but unfortunately can't show the
error messages anymore (that's why 'unable to write to standard
output' is shown).
